Our colours have been carefully curated for every type of boating fan. With our huge selection of shades, you’ll be able to find the ideal match that fits both your lifestyle and preferences.

Thickness

Most colours of SeaDek marine flooring are available in multiple thicknesses.

They may be a single colour or a combination of any two colours laminated together.

The most common single layer used is 5mm and a dual-layer covering is 6mm.

Teak patterns can be added to any two or three-colour combination via routing.

3mm (.12 in): Single colour, provides traction with minimal cushion
10mm (.39 in): Single or two-colour, most often used in dual layers to manufacture coaming bolsters
13mm (.51in): Two-color, great for helm pads or cooler tops
20mm (.79 in): Single or two-colour. Maximum comfort for helm pads, coolers, and coaming bolsters.
23mm (.91 in): Our thickest material, commonly used for two-colour coaming bolsters

Patterns

Routed edges are a custom feature that comes standard on most SeaDek kits.

CNC machines route a bevelled edge on all finished products, to provide an aesthetically pleasing look and feel.

Our fabrication machines can be used to route through the top layer on any two-colour kit to expose the bottom colour and create virtually any pattern desired.

Logos may also be routed into the pad but there are some limitations due to minimum size requirements.
